What is your warranty?

Warranty Coverage:

  • This travel press coffee cup (“Product”) comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover:Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage due to improper cleaning or non-compliance with the Product care instructions.
  • Any use of the Product other than its intended purpose.

Claims:

Remedies:

  • If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option:Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Do you offer change of mind?

14 days change of mind.

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the Travel Coffee Cup within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

  • In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if the Travel Coffee Cup is received faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
  • If a fault appears in the product after use, you may also be entitled to a refund or replacement. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
